1. Chilled: When put in the refrigerator or cup of ice until cool (10 minutes should do it), our thick gel becomes a thin liquid that provides instant soothing relief on sore, cracked skin. As it dries, it expands to fill in cracks in the nipple, helping heal and protect.
How to use it: Place your bottle of Dr. Nice’s Moisturizing Gel in a cup of ice or refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the gel to transform into a thin liquid. When it is cool and the consistency is thin, dispense a small amount on your fingers (about the size of a grain of rice) and apply in a thin layer to dry, chapped, chafed area(s) as often as needed.
2. Body/Room Temperature: At room temperature, Dr. Nice’s Moisturizing Gel can be used like a balm, butter, cream or lotion on dry, chapped, chafed skin.
How to use it: Dispense a small amount on your fingers (about the size of a grain of rice) and apply in a thin layer to dry, chapped, chafed area(s) as often as needed.
Please Note: When dry, the gel should be clear. If it has a white appearance, that’s a sign that too much was used. Simply rinse off with warm water, dry the area and reapply a smaller amount.
