A Heartfelt Message from Our CEO,

Embracing the Journey Together

Dear Valued Families and Customers,

As I write to you today, I’m inspired by the journey of motherhood—specifically, my own experiences as a pumping mom for 13 years for my 2 biological sons, as a foster parent to 2 babies, a loss mama x10 angel babies, a birth and bereavement doula, a donor milk mom, and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Each of these roles has shaped my perspective and deepened my commitment to our mission.

Throughout my journey, I have used over 130 pumps, dedicating more than 10,000 hours—equating to 550,000 minutes—of my time to pumping. On average, that’s about 120 minutes each day, resulting in the production of 150,000 ounces of milk. This path has taught me invaluable lessons about the importance of the right tools, particularly when it comes to pumping.

Being a pumping mom has taught me the importance of flexibility, resilience, and support. Navigating work and family life can be challenging, and I understand firsthand the need for understanding and resources during this critical time. It’s my passion to ensure that every parent feels empowered and supported in their feeding journey, whatever that looks like.

As a foster parent, I understand the incredible strength it takes to nurture and support children, often in challenging circumstances. This experience drives our commitment to creating products and services that not only meet your needs but also nurture the bond between caregivers and children. My journey as a donor mom has been a profound way to give back, sharing the gift of nourishment with those in need. And as a loss mom, I carry the weight of grief, which has only deepened my empathy and commitment to supporting families in all walks of life.

With my background as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I advocate for every parent’s right to have access to the resources and support they need. I strive to advocate for evidence-based practices that promote the health and well-being of both parents and babies. My hope is to empower you with knowledge and the right tools to make your feeding journey as successful and fulfilling as possible.

Thank you for being part of our community. Together, we can create a supportive environment where every family feels valued and empowered. I want you to know that our small-but-mighty team is dedicated to providing you with the best resources and support on your parenting journey.

Warm Regards

Brianne Griffis,

A.S, IBCLC, CLC, CLSP, CD and most importantly MOM

The Pumpin’ Pal Story

When my daughter Annie was born, my wife Janene was excited to give her the fantastic gift of mother’s milk. As we began our experience with breastfeeding, we had issues with Annie latching on right away. Undeterred, Janene made the choice to pump exclusively with a commitment of at least six months, and hopefully much longer. At that time it was almost unheard of to pump exclusively long term.

Janene would pump day and night, ten to twelve times each day. Although she did not complain, I was determined to assist her any way I could. Cheerleading, I must say, did not help! As I watched her from time to time, I did notice that the whole process seemed to be much more taxing than it should be.
