Domestic Shipping

In our attempt to keep shipping costs affordable for our customers, Pumpin’ Pal offers United States Postal Service and FedEx. The transit time shown is not guaranteed, but only an estimate from the US Postal service and FedEx. We generally ship orders the same day (if order placed before 12 p.m. on a business day, M- F) or next business day. We suggest FedEx 2-3 Business Day or USPS Priority if you need your product quickly. If not in a hurry and want to save a couple of dollars, you can use USPS Ground Advantage.  

You will receive a tracking email from Shipstation when it becomes available. We do not guarantee delivery times on any shipping services, and we do not refund shipping charges for orders that have been delivered or delivered late. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once handed off to the shipping carrier. Claims for damages or missing packages must be filed by the customer directly with the carrier. Customer is responsible for providing accurate address information.

During the holiday season, November 1st through January 15th, expect shipping times to be longer. 

International Shipping

Let’s face it, international shipping is not cheap, and the time it takes to clear customs is very unpredictable. We are a small company that doesn’t have any negotiating power with any shipping companies, and the price you pay for shipping is exactly what we pay for shipping. Also, we do not include the cost of duties, VAT, or any other type of tax charge for importing into your country, these costs are your responsibility if charged. We ship using FedEx International Connect as it is the only affordable option. Because of the high cost of international shipping, we do not offer refunds, returns, or any sizing guarantees on international orders, and shipments that leave the United States become your responsibility, so order at your own risk. We urge you not to order if your country’s customs or delivery services are known to be unreliable. The transit time, if shown, is not guaranteed, but only an estimate, and we do not offer refunds on any shipping costs. You will receive a tracking email as soon as it becomes available.
